The softwares are enhancements for Windows XP with some bugs fixed.

Information and Installation Instructions

 

Unzip your download:

  1. Double-click on the file R36917.exe that you have just downloaded from the Dell Support website.
  2. Click on Unzip. (Note: If you kept the default unzip folder, your files will be unzipped to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R36917).
  3. The rest of the instruction will assume that you keep the default unzip folder. If you change the location of the unzip folder, you need to replace “C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R36917” in the instructions below with the location of your unzip folder.
  4. Go to Start Menu, Select Run.
  5. Type in C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R36917 or the name of the folder that you chose to unzip the R36917.exe file to.
  6. A window will open which contains the utility that you need to update. To update your utility, follow instructions in the Update your Client Manager Utility section.

 

Update Your Client Manager Utility (Windows XP Professional and Home Edition):

  1. Make sure you exit Client Manager if a previous version is installed and running (There should be no Client Manager icon in the system tray). To exit Client Manager from the system tray, right click on the Client Manager icon and select Exit.
  2. Go to Start Menu. Select Control Panel.
  3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
  4. Click on the TrueMobile 1150 Client Manager item.
  5. Click on the Change/Remove.
  6. The Client Manager Setup window will come up. Select Remove option.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Close the Add/Remove Programs window.
  10. Go to Start Menu and restart your computer.
  11. After your computer restarts, go to the Start Menu and select Run.
  12. In the dialog box, type C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R36917\Setup.exe or the name of the folder that you unzipped the R36917.exe file to and \Setup.exe
  13. Click OK.
  14. Follow the instructions to complete the installation of Client Manager.
